Looks good, works great.
I bought this to replace my previous RH toaster which gave me 12 years of reliable service. Followed the preparation instructions before use - it was rather smoky/smelly but we had the kitchen window wide open and the toaster beside it. Since then perfect toasted bread and bagels. Happy!

Amazing Toaster
Had been searching for a replacement for our old Russell Hobbs toaster with longer slots for about three years. This toaster is brilliant! Takes a big slice of bread, super quick, even toasting. Great value! Would have preferred simple chrome but the black one goes well in our kitchen.

Impressive performance
Almost completely happy with this toaster. For some time I have been looking for one with metal sides (plastic sides can deform when I place a plate on top to heat it), wide slots and longer than usual slots (although it can't be described as a "long slot" toaster).
It seems brutally efficient, in a good way. Very fast, and does it evenly.
My only beef is the restrictive and mean short cable. A decnt one would have got it 5 stars.

tremendous slice space
This toaster replaces a similar one purchased over 10 years ago.
Some improvements one thing has got worse. The power cable is ridiculously short.
Just 53cms (20 inches long) from where it exits underneath the toaster. I did know this and had to rearrange the kitchen a bit to use it. However the size of the toasting slice space(120 mm x 170 mm x 34mm, copes with non standard bread) made it a worthwhile purchase.
