Understanding your warranty
To activate your warranty, please make sure you have registered your product online and keep hold of your proof of purchase in case you need to make a claim. If you register within 28 days of receiving your items, we will extend your standard warranty to four years from the date of purchase, at no extra cost.
- If you have any problems with your Ickle Bubba products, and they are still under warranty, we will provide a four-step aftercare service within five working days. You will need to contact us to explain the issue. The retailer will then liaise with us on your behalf.
Please note: The warranty applies in the country of purchase only. It is non-transferable, so will only apply to the first owner. A four year warranty is not available on our nursery bedding and interior ranges, however, if you have a problem with your nursery items, they can be returned at any point within 90 days, along with proof of purchase.
