For positions with bright, indirect light we have included the Parlour Palm (Chamaedorea elegans) whilst Dieffenbachia and Dracaena will cope with a range of light levels, including shadier positions. The collection includes a variety of leaf shapes, colours and habits, making a perfectly balanced trio.
Easy Care Jungle Collection comprises one each of the following varieties:
- Dieffenbachia maculata ‘Compacta’ (12cm pot ) – Broad, marbled leaves, bushy when young but forming a palm-like plant at maturity. Height: 60cm (24"). Spread: 45cm (18").
- Dracaena marginata ‘Bicolor’ (11cm pot. Height: 45cm) - Spiky leaves striped red and yellow crown a woody stem, making a strong architectural statement Max height: 120cm (48in). Spread: 90cm (36in).
- Chamaedorea elegans (12cm pot. Height 30cm) - The classic ‘Parlour Palm’ with graceful, arching fronds. Max height: 250cm (98"). Spread: 150cm (59").

Position these houseplants in a warm room away from cold draughts and radiators with a constant temperature above 16C (60F). Dieffenbachia and Dracaena thrive in a wide range of light levels, coping equally well in shade. Grow Chamaedora in bright, indirect light but away from the glare of strong sun.
Water these houseplants freely between spring and autumn allowing the pot to drain well after each watering. In winter, reduce watering, but do not allow the compost to dry out. Houseplants should be fed regularly between March and September when they are in active growth.
