Terrible experience
I bought this item just over three weeks ago. It arrived and was faulty and looked cheap
and nasty. I emailed the company to ask for it to be returned and I am still awaiting a satisfactory outcome. Every time I ask for something to be done I get a silly email stating that they will respond with 48 hours. I just want to get my refund. As I have pointed out to them my contract is with them and not their supplier who they are waiting to hear from. never will I order anything else from this firm
